Chappaqua Station, located in the heart of downtown Chappaqua is one part farm stand and one part community cafe. Much like the ancient Greek agoras, our station provides a central market place that connects local farmers, artisans and community-based charities to our hamlet. Envisioned by locals and funded by neighbors, 200 years after the first Quakers settled in Chappaqua, comes this timely return to their core belief in community.

The Station is a catalyst for our town, a place to enjoy and support. Browse the revolving selection of hand made and hand-harvested goods, or meet a friend and catch up over a cup of coffee from our redesigned Ticket Booth. The chef prepares food, with ingredients supplied from the market, for guests to grab and go or sit and linger along with local wines and craft beers from the repurposed ticket window.

A peek into the future:

Galvanized tin wash-tubs and wood crates hold the local bounty delivered direct from farms. A rotating art collection by local artists adorn the walls. Local bakeries fill the counter: rustic and fancy tarts, cookies, cakes, and crusty loaves.

The Café is buzzing with chatter making sure everything is ready for the morning deluge.

Mission:

Chappaqua Station gives back to the community through various initiatives including the funding of small gardens that supply some of the produce sold. Volunteers and employees realize the full circle of the food supply by planting, picking and then selling the produce.

Chappaqua Station works because everybody has a different passion that ultimately comes together for the betterment of our community.
